Mehwish Puri is a Pakistan-based fashion brand specializing in premium Pakistani occasionwear, handmade garments, and contemporary traditional designs. Our products are available to customers within Pakistan and selected international destinations.

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be completed, our team will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or an appropriate refund.

Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout. Prices may vary depending on product selection, promotional offers, shipping destination, and applicable charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order total, including any shipping charges or applicable taxes, before confirming a purchase.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and verification of the information provided. We may contact customers to confirm measurements, delivery details, or other information required to process an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, the information supplied is materially incorrect, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected. Applicable refunds will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and relevant legal requirements.

Pre-Orders and Production Time

Many Mehwish Puri garments are available on a made-to-order or pre-order basis. The standard preparation period for these items is approximately 15–20 days before dispatch, unless a different timeline is specified on the product page or communicated during order confirmation.

Production times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, customization requirements, workload, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers ordering garments for weddings, celebrations, or specific occasions are encouraged to place their orders well in advance and contact our team before purchasing if delivery is required by a particular date.

Shipping and Delivery

Mehwish Puri offers delivery throughout Pakistan and to selected international destinations, including Houston and Dallas, Texas, USA.

Orders within Pakistan generally require approximately 3–5 working days for delivery after dispatch. Deliveries to Houston and Dallas generally require approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on courier services and destination requirements.

These delivery estimates do not include the preparation period for pre-order garments. Delivery schedules may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Mehwish Puri is not responsible for additional delays or costs directly resulting from incorrect customer-provided delivery details, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes where these are not expressly included in the checkout total.

Size Selection and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size guide and product measurements before placing an order.

If you require assistance with sizing, please contact our team before confirming your purchase. Requests for specific measurements, alterations, or customization are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once production of a customized garment has started, changes to the design or measurements may not be possible. Any additional customization charges will be communicated before the customer agrees to the changes.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation requests, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

As many garments are prepared individually, certain made-to-order or customized products may have restrictions on cancellation and return eligibility once production has started.
