Shipping & Delivery

At Mehwish Puri, we deliver across Pakistan and to customers in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Each order is processed carefully according to the product's availability and our pre-order timeline.

Most of our designs are available on a 15–20 day pre-order basis. This is the time required to prepare your garment before it is dispatched. The delivery period begins after the order has been prepared and handed over to the courier.

For Pakistan, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

For customers in Houston and Dallas, USA, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary depending on the shipping process and destination.

This means that for a pre-order item, the 15–20 day preparation period should be added to the estimated shipping time. For example, an order being delivered within Pakistan may take approximately 18–25 working days in total, while an order to Houston or Dallas may take approximately 20–30 working days in total.

If you are purchasing for a wedding, celebration or specific event, we recommend placing your order well in advance. If you have a specific required date, contact us before ordering and our team can advise you on the expected timeline for your selected piece.

Please make sure your name, phone number and complete delivery address are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delivery delays.
